Scrplay's total liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the thirty days prior to the event giving rise to the liability claim.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty days, the dispute may be referred to independent arbitration or a recognised alternative dispute resolution body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
